You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

User Content

You retain full ownership and rights to any content you submit, post, display, or otherwise make available on the Service ("User Content"). Solverlist claims no ownership rights over User Content created by you.

Solverlist does not use, distribute, modify, or replicate your User Content for any purpose without your explicit permission. Your User Content remains yours, and you are responsible for protecting those rights as you see fit.

By submitting, posting, or displaying User Content on or through the Service, you are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to use and to authorize Solverlist to display such User Content.

Termination

Solverlist reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service if you don't respect these Terms.

If we can, we’ll provide you with reasonable advance notice via the email address associated with your account to remedy the activity that prompted us to contact you and give you the opportunity to export Your Stuff from our Services. If after such notice you fail to take the steps we ask of you, we’ll terminate or suspend your access to the Services.

In case of termination, if not prohibited by the law, we'll provide you an export of your data.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

Solverlist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Solverlist and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.

Changes

We may occasionally update this Terms – you can see when the last update was by looking at the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We won’t reduce your rights under this Terms without your explicit consent. If we make any significant changes, we’ll provide prominent notice by posting a notice on the Service and/or notifying you by email (using the email address you provided), so you can review and make sure you know about them.
